    Class 1 is the category for franchised bus operators' and vehicle agents' own maintenance facilities. They account for a large share of bus-capable workshops but mainly serve their own fleets.

    Where can a coach be serviced?

    Mostly at larger Class 2 workshops with heavy lifting equipment and air system tools. Call ahead to confirm they take outside work and can handle your vehicle.
